Return Policy

At Alzaire, we want you to feel confident with every purchase.

We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible items. If your order arrives damaged or stops functioning properly after normal use, you may be eligible for a return or replacement.

To qualify for a return:

  • The issue must be reported within 14 days of delivery

  • The product must be defective, damaged upon arrival, or experience a functional failure not caused by misuse

  • Battery-powered products that stop working under normal use may qualify for review

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Accidental damage

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or human error

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic issues caused after delivery

  • Change-of-mind returns

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

Once reviewed and approved, we’ll provide the next steps for your return or replacement.
