Products & Orders

We work hard to make sure product descriptions, images, dimensions, pricing, and availability are accurate. Colors and finishes may look slightly different depending on your screen. If we find an error, we reserve the right to correct it, update information, or cancel an affected order. If an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance, and we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers.

Order Fulfillment

To get products to you quickly and at the best price, many of our orders are shipped directly from our trusted manufacturing and fulfillment partners' warehouses in the United States. Because of this, items in the same order may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages, on different days, with separate tracking numbers.

Pricing, Discounts & Payments

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated terms, may not be combined unless stated otherwise, and may be changed or ended at any time.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our supported payment providers. We do not store your full card details. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Shipping

Estimated processing and delivery times are provided for your convenience and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, high demand, holidays, weather, or other events outside our control. If you purchase our products through a third-party marketplace or social platform (such as eBay, TikTok Shop, or Facebook and Instagram Shops), that platform's own terms and policies may also apply to your purchase.
